LQK is installed in the tanker to do the central control by pneumatic, including the vapor vent valve, combing valve, pneumatic emergency shutoff valve etc. It can do quick open and close by pneumatic control block.

Structure and working mechanism

LQK penumatic control block is mainly composed of main control valve, sub control valve, pressure gauge, air source screen, panel and so on. When the air source reach to the working pressure and main control valve pressed, the air source screen will turn green, then the sub control valves start working. When the main control valve colsed, the sub control valves will be closed too. It can connect to remote shutoff switch to close the valve in remote way.
